Return Policy 

1. Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Trial Period)
You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it without providing any reason.
Please send us a short email with your order number beforehand so we can assign your return correctly.

2. Scope
The right of withdrawal applies to all products purchased directly from Recovero.

3. How to Exercise Your Withdrawal
Send your clear withdrawal statement via email to:

(Subject: Withdrawal + Order Number)

You may use our sample withdrawal form below or simply send an informal withdrawal request.

4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will refund all payments including standard shipping costs within 10 days at the latest.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during checkout.

5. Return Conditions (to Avoid Deductions)
Please follow these guidelines to ensure fast processing and avoid value reduction:

  • Return the product clean, fully functional, and carefully packaged

  • Include all original accessories & manuals (USB cable, protective cover, packaging where applicable)

  • Avoid significant wear, scratches, burn marks, or strong odors

  • For hygienic reasons, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount in cases of heavy contamination or missing accessories

6. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We cannot accept packages sent “carriage due” (unpaid returns).

7. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized items

  • Products damaged due to improper use

  • Items that are no longer hygienically safe for resale (severely soiled, damaged by misuse)

8. Warranty & Guarantee

  • Legal warranty: 24 months from the date of receipt

  • Within the first 12 months, the legal burden of proof reversal applies

  • We offer an additional 12-month manufacturer warranty for technical defects (battery defects, electronics).
    Wear and tear or improper use are excluded.

9. Product Notes (Knee Massager)

  • Recommended use: approx. 15 minutes daily

  • Temperature range: 40–60°C, vibration & airbag compression adjustable

  • Use only as per the manual; do not use on open wounds, acute inflammation, or recent surgery without medical approval

  • Not for children; pregnant individuals, those with pacemakers, or severe vascular conditions should consult a doctor beforehand
